Some of our activities this week will relate to ‘Elmer and elephants’.
We are hoping to have some ‘Elmer fun’ in our Zoom Room on Thursday (28th) at 10 o’clock. We would like you to wear as many different colours as you can (we will be doing this in Pre-School too) and bring an object to show us of your favourite colour ie blue teddy, green cup, pink hat
We will be hopefully doing a short Zoom Room phonics session, at 11 o’clock, to revise the letters we have already learnt. We will send invites out in the morning.
A new letter.
This week’s letter is ‘u’
A song to help you learn the sound
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cUbrQ_Kfux8
Can you say its sound and action?
Try to find some objects beginning with the sound u.
Before beginning each of your Literacy activity please have a look at all the letters we have been learning so far in Pre-School this year. Can you say the sound and action for each letter?
A reminder of the songs and actions can be found on https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zvJKc0Ord1g
