I am tremendously proud to be the Headteacher of Lostock Hall Community Primary.
At Lostock Hall Community Primary School we strive each day to ensure our children not only progress academically but enjoy their education, build strong relationships and become resilient, self-aware, hard-working members of the community.
It is with great pride that I can say that I have worked at this school since 2004 and have had an input to our successful school development over the years. This shows that our school community work cohesively together, not just our staff and pupils but our dedicated Governors, supportive parents and devoted PTFA. We strive to adapt our curriculum to ensure that we meet the needs of our pupils and also work to incorporate new initiatives to enhance our offer.
My personal vision is ‘Learning for Life’. I want to enable all our children to gain skills that will equip them for the rest of their lives. It is also a focus that our children value themselves and each other. It is paramount that we have high expectations for our children to encourage them to be ambitious and enable them to reach their potential, proving that 'hard work pays off'!
Since 2021, we have been part of Axia Learning Alliance. Axia Learning Alliance is a formal partnership in the form of a mutual Co-operative Membership Trust and consists of a strong family of inspiring schools that serve their local communities and contribute fully to the provision of education in their area and collaborate with other partners to achieve common goals. Our focus is: ‘Collaboration, Innovation, Community’
