UPDATE: 3.7.2020
Dear Parents and carers,
We have listened to concerns regarding the earlier closing time of the Afterschool club in September. The decision to close earlier was in line with the Government and Public Health England’s guidelines of protective measures for Out of School settings during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak to ensure that a deep clean of the areas used by the club was undertaken.
Following the latest guidance from the Department of Education published this morning, we are now in the position to close at the later time of 5.15 pm. To enable us to do this we have had to make changes to our original arrangements.
To reduce the risk of transmission, children attending the club will be kept in small, consistent groups (bubbles) . EYFS, KS1 and KS2. The groups will be assigned members of staff who will stay in the bubble for future sessions.
Each group will have their own area EYFS in the KS1 ICT room, KS1 Infant Hall and KS2 Junior Hall.
We will continue to follow all the guidance currently set out, but these may change subject to scientific advice.
Thanking you for your continuing support

Monday 29th June 2020
Dear Parents and carers
We would like to set out the arrangements we have made to open the breakfast and after school clubs from September 1st 2020.
Before setting out these arrangements, we would like to take this opportunity to thank parents and carers for their understanding and cooperation since the clubs closed on Friday 20th March.
Further to the government and LCC announcements that childcare providers are able to open (subject to scientific advice) we are working hard to welcome back all children.
First and foremost the safety of children and of our staff is our top priority, so to allow us to open as safely as possible we will be implementing protective measures in light of coronavirus (COVID-19) that will help to reduce the risk of coronavirus within our setting.
LHCPS guidance of what to do if your child, someone in your household or club staff have coronavirus symptoms, will also apply to the clubs and appropriate measures will be put in place in accordance with the Public Health England guidelines.
We hope this letter has given you the information you need to understand what arrangements we are making to enable children to return to us in September. We are looking forward to welcoming your children back and we hope that you are assured that we are taking all possible steps to ensure safety for all in our clubs.
Please contact us If you have any questions on 07933772647.
