Building Connections have been supporting many young people from the age of 10 up to the age of 19 for over a year. They are a growing service which are having a positive impact on supporting many young people.
Building Connections can provide 11 free 1:1 sessions for children who may experience from social isolation or feelings of loneliness. During the sessions, they will be supported to develop their resilience and build coping strategies to support them should they have any similar feelings now and in the future.
These sessions can be completed during school time as an intervention, or out of school hours in their own home: we are open 8am – 8pm during weekdays.
