Cystic Fibrosis Day is on Friday 18th June.
To raise awareness for this day we are inviting children in school to wear want they want or wear something yellow.
There is no donation required, it is an awareness raising event. Year 2 pupils on the school trip are still required to wear school uniform but can wear a yellow accessory if they wish.

If your child or a family member has any of the Covid symptoms then a PCR test must be booked. The person taking the test must isolate until they get a negative result or if the result is positive then a 10-day isolation period must be completed.
Lateral flow testing is to detect if a person has Covid but without symptoms. If your lateral flow test is positive then you must book a PCR test.
School is following Government and NHS guidance. Please click the link below:

The children at Lostock Hall Community Primary School will be taking part in a celebration of football event organised by the Schools Football Association on Wednesday 26th May. The FA is hoping to create the WORLD’S BIGGEST FOOTBALL MATCH, as all school children across the country will be playing matches simultaneously.
On the day, the pupils will participate in a series of small games and fixtures against those in their year group and take part in some other fun football based activities. We are hoping to promote the messages of Fair Play, Respect and Inclusion For All.
As a celebration of football, your child is invited to wear their favourite football kit (or sports clothing). They will also require their water bottle and suitable trainers to play in; football boots and shin pads are NOT required.
This day is about having fun with friends and celebrating our country’s national game.
Thank you for your continued support and we look forward to seeing lots of Preston North End (and Burnley) shirts on the day!
I am pleased to inform you that the 4S bubble can re-open on 11th May.
Apologies for this disruption but the safety of staff and pupils is paramount and we must follow all guidance in the event of a positive result.
On this occasion, the result was a 'false positive' and the individual has retaken another PCR test and has received a negative result.
We look forward to seeing all 4S tomorrow!
Best wishes
