Letter formation

In Reception, we teach children to print each letter, with a huge focus on correct letter formation from the very beginning. Here you will find our handwriting stories that we use to teach the formation of each letter, along with links to short videos showing how to form each letter. Correct letter formation is important early on as it helps the flow of writing as children progress through school.
