After School Club

Linden Stay & Play After School Club

  • After School Club is available for all children who attend Lostock Hall Community Primary School
  • Children are collected from their classes at the end of the school day. The club operates until 5:30pm

Pricing

  • £7.50 per session
  • Siblings are charged at £7.00

Booking a place for your child

  • To enquire about availability at After School Club please complete the 'After School Club - Expression of Interest Form' below
  • The club operates on a waiting list principle
  • If / when a place becomes available, you will be notified via the email address provided on the form

  • The club does not offer any adhoc sessions

  • All requested sessions must be for a permanant place

Changes to days and cancelling your place

  • If you need to change the days your child attends, please contact Linden Stay & Play club on the details below
  • If your child is not attending a session for any reason (appointment, illness etc.) Please ensure you also inform Linden Stay and Play as it is not School's responsibility to inform the club.

  • Charges will still apply irrespective of non-attendance

Late collection

  • If you are delayed to collect your child you must inform Linden Stay and Play on the number below
  • A late payment of £10 per 10 minutes will be charged if you collect your child after 5:30pm

Please note: Our working hours are Monday - Friday (07:00 - 8:45am) and (3:15pm - 5:30pm).

Applying for a place

To apply for a place at Linden Stay & Play After School Club simply complete the expression of interest form below and a member of the team will be in touch as soon as possible.

Please note - Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

We are currently operating at a high capacity and therefore requested places may not be available.
