The Governors of this outstanding school are seeking to appoint a friendly and professional Administrative Officer to our office team. The role is varied and will include a wide range of administrative and financial duties.
Knowledge and experience of working in an administrative / financial role, with excellent IT skills, including experience of Microsoft applications are essential for this position. Experience of SCO/FMS/SIMS.net is preferred and would be advantageous.
The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with both children and adults, demonstrating excellent customer service, confidence and resilience.
The key skills for this position include the need for accuracy whilst working under pressure with frequent interruptions, ability to prioritise and work on own initiative, flexibility, excellent organisational skills, excellent interpersonal skills.
The post is permanent, Grade 5 (£17,772- £20,138 pro rata), term-time only working 37 hours per week over 5 days (8.00am – 3.54pm) with 30 minutes for lunch.
