Being kind to other people helps them to feel good and it makes us feel good, too! You might have noticed sometimes, when you’ve done something kind for someone - perhaps helped them or paid them a compliment - you might have felt good inside.

Kids workout 7- Remember plenty of space, have a drink available and pause the video for a break if you need. In the video please replace the pull-ups with dumbbell curling a can of beans or soup in each hand! Also, if normal press-ups are too difficult then do them on your knees.
Gymnastics balances, partner work and sequences-This is the final development of creating sequences and balances with a partner (or you can do on your own).
To create a 6 piece sequence with balances and if possible a sequence and counter-balance with a partner.
Please include within your sequence:
Have a watch again of the young girl carrying out a range of balances. Have a go at some of these on your own and then create a sequence of moving from one balance to another. You could also incorporate your own movements in-between the balances e.g. side rolls, forward rolls (if space requires – see video) side-steps, strides, hops etc.
How to forward roll correctly: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sMlxHIC3yLQ
For partnered work, please have a watch of the primary school children in the video below. Now, I know that you do not have equipment at home but just concentrate on the balances that are floor based. There are some nice ideas within here. With your partner, create a small sequence of these movements and balances. If you wish to record a small video or take some still images and send them to the firstname.lastname@example.org e-mail address, then that would be brilliant.
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
