Please continue to practise your weekly nursery rhyme until you know it off by heart. Some of you are getting really good at it now! ☺
Reading - Read one of your books on Rising Stars and complete the quiz. Go through your keyword flashcards.
Phonics - Play find the sound. Get a grown up to call out a sounds and children need to find the corresponding grapheme (use sounds or, ar, oi, ow, ur, ee, oo, ear and igh). Use the sound cards below, make your own or even write them on the floor using chalk. Then practise spelling ‘ear’ words.
